I’m not sure how to tell if they also changed out the BB.
It’s a Shimano square taper for the triple crank that’s on there. Would this BB work if I can find the correct mountain LX triple crank?

this originally came with a Shimano Mountain LX HP Biopace. Are these cranks any good or should I look for the Shimano Deor LX that came on the ‘90 & ‘91 models?

if I decide to keep it I would definitely swap out the seat, crank and pedals.

What are these taller lugged frame Trek 950’s worth. I’ve seen a few of them but mostly in the 18” frame size....
