Are there any other kinds of brake pads out there...

Are there any other kinds of brake pads out there for this type of brake system other than Kool Stop? I looked on Google and it lists the Dura Ace kind, however, they do not seem to have the hex-nut...

I haven't ridden it that much since I got it. I think I need to ride it some more before I tear it apart and sand down the rims. I'll get some of the salmon kool stop pads and give them a try first....
