effing ow. I guess I can imagine the pain to a degree after getting a hernia repair in the area. Worst thing about it was that I had a cold. My roommates thought my sneezes followed up by a loud scream were pretty hysterical.
This was not the most painful thing I've endured. I think for many people its just the mental thing about WHERE the pain is. The rather minor crash on my bike last summer that left me with a bruised or broken rib was a worse recovery.
