Sure, it's hard to imagine people drooling over an antique Cannondale CAAD9, Trek Madone, Specialized Synapse, or what have you, but I bet it'll happen eventually.
Not to mention the import tuner scene. People like to build "period correct" hot rods. The same will hold for these cars as well. I imagine a lot less original restorations because current vintage cars were not made strictly as appliances in the same vein that modern cars are.
