DMD Training Ride: 8AM Saturday Fremont Bart

A group of the usual suspects are going to do a DMD training ride this Saturday.
Meet at West Side of Fremont Bart at 8 AM

This is the fun that will ensue.
Head out of Fremont Bart...
Niles Canyon out to Sunol
Valecitos Rd into Livermore
Climb Mines Rd
Climb Back Side of Hamilton
Climb Sierra Road
Nice cool down on Mission Blvd back to Fremont Bart.

113 miles with 10,000 Feet of Climbing

All are welcome to join but... This is a very difficult course, and take your early season fitness into account before deciding to try it.

We will try to have re-groups and not get too strung out, but with this much climbing people will be climbing at their own pace. We may get split up. That is o.k. I will bring route sheets so lost sheep can find their way home. (who knows, I may be one of them)

Hope to see you there. Who's in?
