It's actually a semi-real bike. A little digging revealed that this is a Colnago-designed bike manufactured under contract by 'premier Mexican bicycle manufacturer'
Biciclo-Turbo. Turbo seems to do a bit of decent carbon road and mountain stuff. It also seems to be spec'd with a mix of real parts.
If you're getting it for half that, it might be worth a chance; but at $1000, it's pushing into the realm of a Giant Yukon FX, which has a proven track record from a known and trusted manufacturer.
