I made the decision to get back at it and rode yesterday morning for the first time this year... been lazy. Did 12 miles in the heat and it really kicked my butt. Got a flat and walked the last 1/4 mile back to the truck. Gonna head out to get a new tube and see if I can keep the momentum up and get some miles in today.
