Look up simple rattle can techniques, I really cant offer much help or expirence, Because my brother is a car painter, he paints everything of mine. Just to let you know some tips i've learned from him is, paitenece, Good ventilation, sand it to a fine smooth surface, Make sure you use good primer, Maybe self etching primer for resin, Keep the can a good distance for even coats of paint, Also make sure, You do a coat at a time, If you mess up once re start its paint its simple it comes off every time.
