3:20, 90kms. Astonishing headwind heading out, I was doing 40km/h without even trying, but then on the way back...........
<-- that's sorta what it looked like. My left big toe was almost frostbitten, or so it felt, it was black and half my foot was numb.
When is to low of a body temp to be riding?? My garmin said that my avg. temp was 3* C (37.4 F) and lowest was -1* C (30 F).
By the end of the ride I was limpimg home, almost literally, lol, my whole waist was killing, and I could barely walk up the staris or standup when I got home. That's all the whining I'm going to do.
