With the HED3 wheels it weighs 27 pounds and 2 ounces. I used fairly heavy steel bolts to install the rear dropout spacers, I have titanium hardware on order, that should drop it to an even 27 pounds. That is with pedals and 4 bottle cages. I did remove the computers, the lights and the mirrors.
