I currently have a stock Alex wheelset similar to Velocity Deep Vs on my commuter and they seem to be pretty strong, but I'm curious how a box-style rim would compare to a deeper wheelset in strength and keeping true on roads that can be a bit rough.
I run the tb14 formula wheel set from velomine and they are rock solid, i commute daily on them on ****ty Vegas streets.
You will be pleased with them, looks and reliability without weighing a ton.
