another 2.5 hours today. did some low cadence/high force efforts in the first hour which are not really reflected by HR but are really painful.

a little up in the air about tomorrow. debating between starting my rest week or taking advantage of my day off to get a workout in.

explain? I don't really do anything terribly out of the ordinary. with the exception that i'm actually regularly doing intervals for the first time in a long time.
