Hi from Ottawa ON

I’m not a serious cyclist - I do mainly short commutes and errands - but recently I’ve gotten into bike repair to lower the cost of maintaining my family’s bikes, and gotten serious about it mostly out of curiosity.

After finding a few abandoned old 3 speeds and buying myself a ’70’s Raleigh Superbe, I’m now completely overhauling them along with the Dynohubs and the Sturmey Archer or Shimano 333 internal gear rear hubs.

Nothing expensive or rare, but I’m having a lot of fun.

I’m looking to learn more about the bikes I’m working on, and am sometimes looking for sources for hard to find parts or tools.

My next goal is to learn to true and then to build a set of wheels. Down the line, once I have a better idea of what I’m doing and what I’d like, I want to do a complete build on a frame.

Cheers,
Adrian
