Sticker at top of seat tube is pretty worn but I can make out Champion no.5
Sticker below bike shop sticker is worn beyond recognition.
Any idea on year?
The subject frame was manufactured in mid-1983 and the bicycle is a 1983 model, as the 1984 version was spec'd with the new Shimano-Z-series that replaced Altus. Also, the 1984 was upgraded to double butted main tubes, versus the plain gauge Tange #5 used on your bicycle. As noted, not much is original but Takagi cranks were spec'd
