I've posted this one on some other thread in the past. WAAAAAY back in the '80s I played in several bands in Seattle, including the in-house band at KOMO-TV where I worked in the PR dept. The backstory on this particular video is the NFL had just made up a rule that penalized football teams if their fans were "too loud," making it difficult for visiting teams to call audibles on offense. The Kingdome, where the Seahawks played, was pretty freaking loud, so the home team racked up some penalties on this somewhat misguided rule. Oddly enough, the rule is still in the books, but it's never enforced anymore.

Some of the people in the video weren't actually in the band, they were just there to make a bigger lip-synch party. One of them is the guy swinging the sax around; that's John L Williams, the Seahawks' top running back at the time.
