Last time I tried this the Contis hadn't come out yet. Also, the bottle tip didn't seem to be thin enough for the valve. And the reason I gave up last time was that the first time I (knowingly, but there were no orange patches of visible dried sealant) hit something with the Hutchinsons, it refused to seal and I had to give up and, yes, pop in a tube. There was talk of "bacon strips". Do people still use those? Take a mini-pump to try giving more air for the sealant to work with?
Orange seal also has the injection system with the syringe for a few extra bucks. I have no complaints with the GP 5000, they’ve been great on not so great roads.
my first set of Maxxis Padrone I had the same problem, cut the tire and it didn’t seal and there was no indication the sealant doing its job. The shop had used Stan’s, I blame it on that
