That's plenty riding, and more than most!

Since shelter-in-place orders, I've been spending about 10-12 hours/week on the bike, which is about 20% down from normal. Still working full time (~44 hrs/week). Motivation is lower than usual on weekdays before work (with no racing)... But the long rides on the weekend are something to look forward to, I've been going pretty big. Took Wednesday off to do 97 mi. w 5,100' elevation.

I miss routine Tuesday night track racing, and the "effortless" intensity that it brought to my training regimen mid season. By effortless - I mean fun. Most Tuesdays saw a 10 mi road commute each way to and from work, then a short drive down to the velodrome for racing - perfect.
