Based on the serial number, it was manufactured in 1982. The format was used by both Miki of Japan and Merida of Taiwan Neither company included model information in the format. To identify the model, we'll need pictures. Please, no more non-drive side photos, like you posted for the Univega. Being able to see the drivetrain is a major aid in identifying the model.
