Felt great until about mile 68 and then my heart rate jumped up considerably and I couldn’t get it to go back to where it was comfortable. My left foot went numb at mile 70 ish and then my left have never felt tingly but it feels really weak. Couldn’t close the top of my water bottle with my left hand. Jacked something up with the nerves, otherwise great ride just wish I could have gone longer.
