We watched
"Eat. Race. Win." (2018) the other day. Another six episode documentary. It's more geared for foodies, and somewhat showcases what and how some teams eat while on grand tours. Also, there is some interesting behind the scenes footage with Orica-Scott that added to it.
I was more drawn to it for the cooking though. I've been the cook for the family pretty much since the first month of marriage. My bride didn't take it too well when I suggested that not using a red hot skillet to fry an egg would solve the burnt taste problem. I always loved to cook anyway and consider myself quite good at it.
