Just did about 11 miles this morning on a bike-walking trail near the house. I ride a little of it every day. This morning it was already hot when I got started about 8:00 or so, I think it was 82 or so then, now it 102 headed to 108 this afternoon and humid (for the Central Valley of California anyways) so it was fine when I was moving. road my new to me rocky Mountain sherpa.
