Not my preferred route, but within my current wheelhouse if I take it slow and do short-ish days:

Map does not include PGH to Cumberland, MD via the GAP, which will be 150 miles over 3 days. Day 4 is 47 miles with 3,100' of climbing. I've done this route before. The cumulative effect of the the hills in that section get to you. Constant up or down the entire time. Just shortly before the campground there is a 1 mile climb with a ruling grade of 10%.
The next day I get to ride the section of abandoned PA Turnpike.
Lucky you! I rode it umpteen times in a car, when it was just "the turnpike" - i.e. not abandoned yet. I remember thinking on one trip that there didn't seem to be as many tunnels as there should be, but I was a kid....
