I sent you a PM, but I think that the problem is that you've got a new-fangled - and somewhat dumb - freehub body like mine on the Zipps. They can be pulled straight off without the use of tools. I'm guessing that, at some point when cleaning or changing a tire, the freehub body pulled out a little and didn't get fully re-seated. Pull the wheel off, wiggle this way, wiggle that way and firmly seat.
