Glad your outside, but I think that people like yourself shouldn't limit riding to only when it's nice. Cycling in windy conditions, rain and the cold present their own types of challenges and at times can be just as nice to ride in with the right gear, as long as the road is safe for the tires you have fitted. It makes the summer and dry weather all the more enjoyable.
