Aside from one day inside and one day aborted due to rain, I did all my workouts this week outside while staying at a hotel. It helps to have access to a nice loop where I can maintain pretty consistent power with almost no interruptions. Today was 4x15 sweet spot. Last workout of the block is tomorrow
