I've worn glasses pretty religiously ever since I had a rock, kicked up by a passing semi, hit my glasses going 40+ kph
Now I bring a set of sunnies with interchangeable lenses, clear lenses for dark, mirror lens for daytime. There's usually some iteration of these floating around on Amazon or Ebay for $30, and they last me about a year (including wearing them running, at work, skiing, etc)
