Jim who? I've always wondered who made my first triplizer. IIRC i bought it on ebay back in 2005 or 2006. It has no branding. Also, the BCD on the small chainring is not standard (I forget what I determined it to be). It is a 31T and I've never been able to locate a replacement.
Your picture above is the only time I've seen another triplizer like this one.
