When my wife and I were dating, I played
a lot of golf. My bride to be wasn't so sure about that and thought I should play less. Her mom advised her that one day she would be glad that I spent so much time at the golf course.
Maybe your wife has just reached the point where she is happy for you to be entertaining yourself in the garage?
