And given the in-your-face threat of "
Whaddaya gonna do about it, eh?!!" it could easily be classified as felony assault with threat of battery. Far more than merely a misdemeanor assault, in many places.
The utility of full-time audio+video recording's getting more important, these days, with such things on the rise.
