I still do a fair amount of indoor training in winter, but not on a bike simulator. We got one of these back in 2008 and I much prefer it. Kind of like doing an out of the saddle ride for a long period of time in a more comfortable posture.




That said, if it is freezing or above, I will do everything I can to get out on the frozen or muddy trails on my old MTB rather than stay inside.
