if you’re planning on hitting any of the mission viejo, rancho santa margarita, la habra/whittier hills, anaheim hills, laguna niguel or laguna beach areas…you’ll be happier with that 28 vs the 25. if the toughest thing you’re doing is scr and you’re happier sticking with the flats, then leave it be.
