Before the New Year's while riding around Rose Bowl, I saw one female runner doing her laps in just a sports bra and butt-hugger shorts! I wasn't sure if I should look or gasp at how cold I'd be in that outfit!
Based on what I see runners wear in cold weather, and my own limited running experience, runners generate a lot of heat and aren't moving through the cold air as fast as cyclists are.
