Don't know about Girmay in the TdF, but the guy's only 22. We'll lots of him soon enough. As for IWG, they're WT, looks like it'll be Kristoff for the sprints and van der Hoorn for the GC. It's been around Girmay that the team's been welded together, though, so it will be interesting to see how IWG respond.
