If by that you mean someone who thinks that a company (or individual) that has invested lots of time and money into the development of a product or device ought to be able to make that device within the time of the patent without someone else coming along and stealing the idea, then I guess I’m an elitist.



The Bike Hand stand is an absolute copy of the Park 10.3 stand. I’m relatively certain that the company that copied it didn’t pay to license the patent.
