If a cyclist ran a light and broadsided me in one of those lousy north jersey cities and it was clear the scofflaw was ok, I'd move up a few blocks to render assistance by calling 911 and await the cavalry there. Worst case the victim gets a couple of deserved 500 dollar tickets for running. She was probably scared of being mugged or jacked.
The guy was lucky, that could have been much worse. She had no way of knowing that she didn't seriously injury or potentially kill someone when she decided to keep on driving. Not stopping because you are afraid of being mugged is laughable and frankly shameful
