I mean, if it's just hunger, you can ignore it - no biggie. If you're feeling absolutely sapped/weak/shaky... well, ya already done messed up.

Realistically, though, you should have a couple thousands calories in the bank to start the day, which should get you three hours or so at a hard pace. If you're getting less than that, maybe it's a general diet thing?
