sounds like all of those things would contribute to higher resting HR. I wouldn't worry about too much. Wait a while before stringing two big days back to back, and don't be afraid to see high z1 AP. esp. if you're making a comeback.

I usually adopt this mentality for the first couple months of base, and then all the sudden my z2 basement is much higher and I'm able to motor around for consecutive hours at a respectable base.
