Back from the week long fishing trip and ended up getting covid from my buddy who went with me. My HRV is down 30% and my RHR is up about 30-40%, and I'm running a low grade fever. I *really* hate this virus. On a better note, my new bike was waiting for me and I took a quick spin around the neighborhood despite feeling like garbage.
