If they can drive a car really fast, dyslexic probably doesn't matter. Or backwards, for that matter. It's not like they have a lot of time to read the labels in the heat of battle.
They have all of those thing memorized to the point it is instinctual.
I know from my times on the track driving at about 2/3 F1 speeds at the fastest and for far less than 75 laps, that I could not read instruments other than the tach and speedo. And, at that, the neither were looked at very much as you tend to drive by feel most of the time.
