I made the rocker plate myself using a linear slide and 20mm rail. Two rubber balls are used to stabilize the side to side rocking which is adjusted based on how much you pump up the balls. The ride doesn't feel heavy at all, most importantly it relieves the butt pain I was experiencing.
That's a very neat solution. I'd be very tempted, but I find the natural flex of the Kickr Bike just about enough for me to avoid issues. It's one of the reasons I chose the Kickr Bike over the other smart bikes, which I found too rigid.
