Could you till me the total length from the top of the seat to the pedal when the crank is at the bottom most position?
Could you also tell me the length of the handlebar post from the front wheel axle. I am guessing this should be enough to factor out wheel size..

The maximum seat-to-pedal length is 40".
The length from the front axle to the handlebar will depend upon the riser used (normal or tall) and the angle of the stem (this is user adjustable), but the range will be from 26" to 30"
