Depends on what you mean by old and strength...
Realized I was getting out of shape. Long winters...
Used to lift but gave that up a few years ago. Six weeks ago started doing a circuit of pushups, tricep dips and incline pullups. Keeping it simple. AND... started stretching after. Do this before work, so I can concentrate on indoor cycling when I get home. Have managed to rid the sciatica and shoulder tightness/pain.
I was trying to fit all that in after work, and it was easier to convince myself that I was too tired, and would end up not doing anything.
So...HERE IS TO THE END OF SNOW AND ICE.
