Thanks for playing gigs at the senior center. My mother was in assisted care for 5 years, then full skilled nursing care for 5 years before she passed from Alzheimer’s. I spent a lot of time in both settings and it was astounding to watch people, my mother included, who had severe memory issues, yet they could sing along in perfect harmony to the songs of their youth. It was obvious that the senior residents really enjoyed going to listen to live music gigs and I also enjoyed going to them. Good on you
