You've got to pace yourself, man. Some of us follow and watch the races all year round. I can do that b/c I seldom ever watch a full 5 hour race.
I think part of the success of the TdF Femmes has been because it comes right at the end of the TdF Hommes. People get excited and are paying attention and then afterwards there's a bit of a lull in the men's schedule. Perfect timing, IMHO.
