There is another error, I think, in the description, but an error in favor of the buyer. I think the frame is actually internally brazed, with internal lugs, not "TIG-welded" as described. I'd take the former over the latter any day.
The paint and the color scheme are great (that's my favorite Peugeot combination) and I'm sure it will be a great ride.
I agree with the assessment that if you don't currently own a bike, the asking price for this is reasonable. If you buy it, I don't think you'll regret it later.
