for my own record, gladly doing OK w/o any pharmaceuticals. my hydration is back where it should be. a big water in the morning w/ juice from 1/2 lemon & 1/2 shot of apple cider vinegar. later in the day another big water w/ juice from 1/2 lemon. other fluids throughout the day. been able to enjoy a little bit of alcohol this summer & regular modest servings of meat, including seafood.
