I repeat myself, to be sure the recording is complete. it doesn't matter what the person who answered the call says. I've completed my roll in the process. there's nothing else I can do. I can not control their behavior, only my own. it's not my job to connect any dots, draw any conclusions, or take action. we don't know if there was another call about the same kid, or a near miss, or whatever. that's what they do, connect the dots. if we don't make our call & someone else doesn't make their call. there are no dots to connect
