When I hit one, my nutritionist would give me a cheat day, where I could eat something like ice cream, chicken wings, etc.,for a day. It always seems to work for me. Good luck!

340+/- down to 184 - 4.5 years. Many plateaus and setbacks... looking to hit 175, every pound at this point is a struggle.
