My point is that when are using the tension tool, anyone
should be able to get to better than ±20%. That level of variance is
not acceptable if the tool is used.
You're probably right that the Park Tool is not accurate out to two decimal places.
It’s accurate to no decimal places. The measurement could be
estimated to 0.5 but anything more than that is just silly.
