Mine has me on Flecainide 50mg (probably a generic) twice daily and I'm having no issues and I guess it's controlling my PVC's since all checkups have been good. Previous to that I was on a similar drug that was supposed to stabilize heartrate and I would get short-winded when I exercised. That was called Acebutolol and I got off it quickly.
